Tayo is a project of FYLPRO.

The Filipino Young Leaders Program (FYLPRO) is a network of high-performing, next-generation leaders who advance the Philippines and the Filipino people through their advocacy and expertise in various industries. We continually expand the pipeline of Filipino young leaders in the diaspora. By connecting them to the motherland, we foster collaborative multinational relationships that create innovations and support the socio-economic progress of the global Filipino community.

In its 11th year, FYLPRO continues to provide a space for partnerships and collaboration across the diaspora.

Some of the major programs and events we've launched and continue to build on this year:
*Immersion Program - Return of our signature immersion program with FYLPRO fully owning it with a new location of Cebu
*Programming - Expanded programming in person/virtual to offer webinars 
*Roadshow - Visited cities such as Philadelphia, Columbus, Atlanta and Indianapolis
*USAI Impact Mentors - Graduated 3rd cohort of mentees and mentors
*Congressional Briefing - spoke at a briefing on digital rights
* Tayo - which started as a virtual help desk for Filipinos during COVID19 is now pivoting to an innovative data hub that empowers Filipinx/a/o communities by collecting data, fostering partnerships, publishing culturally relevant insights, and developing leaders to create an equitable and sustainable future. Since launching in fall 2020, Tayo has amassed more than $500K in grants
*Tayo Fellows - Our 4th cohort of fellows completed a courageous conversation guide
*Conferences - Tayo has presented at more than a dozen conferences including International Communications Association, RightsCon, Asian American Journalists Association, National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine, Bulosan Filipinx Studies Conference, American Public Health Association
