If you received a W-2 and your status is any of the following:

• You are fully or partially unemployed because of a layoff, furlough, reduced wages, or reduced hours.
• Your employment status has been affected by COVID-19.
• You and your family are impacted by school closures.
• Your unemployment claim expired.

You can apply for Unemployment Insurance (UI) or Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) through UI Online.

You may also opt to apply for unemployment through phone, mail, or fax.
