- Headspace, an app that offers users a collection of mindfulness and meditation resources, has partnered with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health to provide support and resources during this challenging time. Through 2020, users currently located in Los Angeles can sign up for their services for free and access to hundreds of science-backed guided meditations in English and Spanish, as well as movement and sleep exercises to help manage stress, fear and anxiety related to COVID-19.
