If you are feeling stressed out, you are not alone. There are many things happening that can cause stress.
The National Institute of Mental Health recommends the following activities when you start feeling overwhelmed or stressed:
- Keep a journal
- Download a deep breathing, visualization, or mindfulness app
- Avoid drinking excess caffeine
- Identify and challenge your negative thoughts.
- Reach out to your friends or family members
